Mark did an amazing job and went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did he fix the transmission he also got a few other small odds and ends done and pointed out two other problems that he couldn't do but that needed attention. I really hope I don't need to use him again, but if I do, I'll defiantly be going to him.

I stopped in not knowing what the problem was with my 2001 BMW X5 -- I just knew it sounded bad and everyone had been telling me "time for a new car" knowing the expense would be huge. My family loves that car though so I stopped in to see Mark. Mark was so helpful from his diagnostic where he quickly identified that it was not the transmission but rather the ignition Coils & Spark Plugs which he fixed super affordably. He kept me in the loop from start to finish and even called me as a follow-up to make sure I was pleased with the work that was done. Very high integrity, professional and personal. It felt like a friend looking after my best interest. My BMW drives practically like new again and I couldn't be more pleased! Thanks Mark and your team for a job well done.
